    Padded underwear--NOT A DIAPER
I got size medium for my 26 lb. one-and-a-half-year-old and it's big, which I expected because he is at the lower limit. Thirsties says you can add absorbency to make it last overnight but I am skeptical. It fits a Thirsties hemp insert in it, but the insert goes onto the leg band, past the waterproof layer. If your kid is having full accidents, rather than peeing a bit and then running to the potty, you will still be changing wet pants. I really like these under wool pants for going in the car to make sure that the carseat doesn't get soaked if we don't make it to the potty on time. Just be warned: These are a lot like regular padded underwear with a bit extra protection. They are NOT A DIAPER. They are not a solution to stop a potty-trained kid from bedwetting. They are training wheels on the way to regular underwear.

    Cute
We didn't get to use this very long to give a thorough review. Seemed well made & son loved the dino print. It is a little heavy and takes a while to get dry. Fit was a little tight.
