lunette cup, diva cup, menstrual cupYou got my opinion on the differences between the Diva Cup and Lunette Cup here in a recent post.

How about a second and third opinion from other women on the differences?

Kim of Dirty Diaper Laundry

Kim of Dirty Diaper Laundry recently wrote about the various styles of menstrual cups including the Diva Cup and Lunette Cup and she made a nifty video demonstrating the differences.

If you like seeing things in person then this video will really help you better understand how the menstrual cups work and the differences between each.

Tara of Padded Tush Stats

Tara, the mama behind the Padded Tush Stats blog also recently tackled the differences between the Lunette Cup and Diva Cup. You can read her thoughts and comparisons here.

Tara does a great job at going into the differences in their size, how much each will hold and approximately how long you may be able to wear each cup between needing to empty them.

Ready to shop?Diaper Junction carries bot the Lunette Cup and Diva Cup brand reusable menstrual cups.

I have not yet tried a cup but I plan to once my cycle comes back (6 months postpartum and breastfeeding right now).

Great info! I'm still on the fence about the cup, but am very curious. I am a couple months away from giving birth, so I still have some time to decide if it is a cost effective option & if I'm brave enough!

I used to use a Diva Cup, but all of a sudden it became a pain to insert. Literally. And it leaked. So, after I had a baby and needed the larger size, I bought a Lunette Cup to try instead. So far so good! Easy to insert, no leaking, cute packaging. I can't imagine shelling out all that money for tampons anymore!!

I've never used either but can't wait to try these out when my period comes back.
