Woven wraps are extremely versatile and can truly offer a custom fit for parent and baby. While it may be easy to become overwhlemed by wrapping, there are many quick and easy carries that you will get the hang of with a little practice.
This month we are focusing on the ruck back carry--the quickest back carry of all! This carry is the best for a short trip and great for any child. Make sure to perfect your seat-making skills before trying this one. The Santa Toss, Hip Scoot, and Superman Toss are just a few of the ways to get your little one on your back--and with a little practice you will have them down in no time! The ruck also has a few variations like reinforcing your seat by spreading the passes or adding chest belt variations. Since this isn't a multilayer carry, you can use a shorter wrap such a size 4 (3.7 meters long.), of course a longer wrap will just give you a longer tail at your waist.
