Tweedle Bugs One Size Pocket Diapers Snap To Fit Baby!

Tweedle Bugs One Size Pocket Diapers merged the best features of one size diapers and pocket diapers into one diaper style - the one size pocket diaper. An economical choice in cloth diapering, the Tweedle Bugs One Size Pocket Diaper is designed to fit babies approximately 7 to 35 lbs. - in other words, from birth to potty training.

Available in white, black, and a soft palette of yellow, blue and green, including one "Minky Moo" print (in a slightly different style from the solids), the Tweedle Bugs One Size Pocket Diapers fit easily into a cloth diaper stash for a girl or a boy.

What Makes Tweedle Bugs OS Pockets Unique?

While most styles of pocket diapers have openings in the rear of the diaper only, the Tweedle Bugs One Size Pocket Diapers are uniquely designed with a pocket opening both in the front and rear of the diaper. The dual openings alleviate the "yuck" factor when removing the soaked or soiled cloth diaper inserts.

The exterior of the Tweedle Bugs One Size Pocket Diaper is sewn with a waterproof polyurethane laminate (PUL) to hold in moisture. The polyester micro-fleece inner fabric keeps baby's skin feeling dry when he wets by immediately wicking the urine through to the absorbent pocket insert.

Each Tweedle Bugs One Size Pocket Diaper comes with (2) two inserts to adjust absorbency to your baby's needs.

Micro-fleece also makes clean-up easier on heavily soiled diapers - there are no fibers to "grab" and "hold" the poop, so it easily slides or falls off into the toilet without a lot of excessive dunking. If you have a mini shower diaper sprayer, you'll never have to dunk again; just spray off any excess and place the diaper into the diaper pail!

Another positive attribute of micro-fleece is its durability and stain-resistance…two desired features for an inner layer to a cloth diaper!

Snap Tweedle Bugs Down for a Custom Fit!

Tweedle Bugs One Size Pocket Diapers were created with a three-row, snap-down system, this allows the rise of baby's diaper to adjust incrementally through various stages of your baby's life; the newborn, crawling, and toddler stages.

An additional double row of snaps have been added to these pocket diapers for a custom fit around the baby's waist and legs/thighs.

How to Use a Tweedle Bugs One Size Pocket Diaper

Tweedle Bugs "Minky Moo" Print

This special print is sewn from a waterproof, exterior, "minky" or "velvety" PUL, and a luxurious, stain-resistant, interior no-pile suede cloth fabric. You can expect the "Minky Moo" print to hold up as well as any other pocket diaper, remaining fresh and soft wash after wash.

Only slightly different from the solid Tweedle Bugs One Size Pocket Diapers, the "Minky Moo" print still has the three row snap down system for rise adjustment, but only a single row of snaps for adjusting fit around the baby's waist.

My kid has skinny little legs and we haven't had any leakage problems yet (a week or two after buying). I use both of the included inserts in the pocket for nighttime and just the big one for day. He's a heavy-wetting boy so I always fold over the longer insert to put more absorbency in front. The minky moo pattern is adorable and soft.

I won a tweedle bug during the GCDH last Nov. There is a bit of a learning curve if you've never used a diaper with front AND back openings, you have to make sure that everything is tucked in all the way, but once you figure it out, it's a very good daytime diaper. We had our baby out and about and forgot about bringing another diaper and 4 hours later, she was sogged, but her clothes were clean and dry!

I decided to try the Tweedle Bugs after trying several other cloth diapers. I am fairly new to cloth diapering, only been using them for about 6 months. I have had no problems with leaking. I also use Smartipants and Econobum. I love all of the diapers I am using, but for the price I think I will be adding more Tweedle Bugs to my stash. Washing and not having to remove the insert makes these diapers so much more convenient.

Upon receiving the diaper, there was a tear in the top of the diaper where the PUL meets the seam. The top seam finishing was really sloppy and looks like it could come apart easily. The tabs are nice, and stretchy which seems comfortable but there is no way this will fit a newborn. The leg gussets are nice but the inner fleece lining around the legs will always peek out, even if you have a chunky legged baby. This causes leaks. You get what you pay for. Spend the extra $2 and buy Smartipants!

I bought two Tweedle Bugs last week. The first time I put one on my son it leaked terribly while he was napping. I figured there was just some minor glitch in the way I put it on. Today, I tried again. Major washout! It's not me, it's the diaper. I have been cloth-diapering for a year and have never had such bad leaks. Maybe it's the way my son is built. They are cute, and I love how you don't have to pull the inserts out to wash them, but I won't purchase any more.
