How to Rock your Girly Bits
Wash cloth pads on a hot water cycle with 2 tablespoons of Rockin' Green's Femme Rock. Use only 1 tablespoon for HE machines.
Optional - Add cloth menstrual pads to your load of laundry. Anything suitable for a hot wash will do.
Cloth Pad Washing Tips
- To keep stains from setting in, treat with a gentle, natural stain remover ot pre-soak cloth pads in cold water prior to washing. Be sure to change soaking water daily.
- For heavily saturated pads, do a cool water rinse prior to washing to avoid stain transfer.
