Shipping Rates

*US - Domestic Shipping

We ship via USPS & UPS Delivery.

We ship to all domestic addresses, including Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, and APO/FPO.
Please select "United States" as your shipping country if your order will be shipping to a US Territory or APO/FPO address.

Free shipping on select items and all domestic orders of $39 or more.

Orders that do not qualify for free shipping will ship for $4.95 or less with our USPS First Class and Economy Shipping options.

Orders that qualify for Free Shipping deliver in 5-10 business days. We ship by USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, or UPS Ground.

USPS First Class delivers in 2-5 business days.

USPS Economy delivers in 5-10 business days.

USPS Priority delivers in 2-3 business days.

Express Mail delivers in 1-2 day(s).

UPS Ground delivers in 4-7 days.
(Please note. UPS does NOT deliver to PO/APO/FPO Box.)

Shipping costs are determined by weight and Free Shipping does not apply.

We ship via USPS First Class Mail , Priority Mail International, and USPS (EMS) Express Mail Shipping.

USPS First Class Mail International delivers in 10-14 business days.

USPS Priority Mail International delivers in 6-10 business days.

USPS (EMS) Express Mail delivers in 3-5 business days.

Please Note: bumGenius!, CJ's BUTTer , Flip, Econobum, GroVia, Rumparooz, Smart Bottoms, Tots Bots, Tula, and What the Fluff Mystery Box products can not ship anywhere outside of the USA. If your International order contains any of these restricted products, your order will automatically be cancelled and refunded minus a $5 dollar processing fee.

We do NOT ship outside the US or Canada.

Shipping Schedule

In stock orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt. Orders received after 12:00 pm EST on Friday will begin processing for shipment on the next business day. (Usually on Monday unless it is a holiday)

We will send you a shipping notification via email when we have shipped your order. This notification will also include your delivery confirmation/tracking number. You may also check the status of your order by logging into My Account.


Shipping Insurance

Diaper Junction self-insures all packages against loss or damage. If your package should become lost** or damaged, we will re-ship your order at no additional cost to you.

**A lost pacakge is defined as a package that has not arrived to you after 30 days of shipment AND DOES NOT have a confirmed delivery by USPS or UPS.

PLEASE ensure that you provide a safe mailing address for us to ship to. We WILL NOT be responsible for packages that have been lost or stolen because the carrier has left in an unsafe place. If this is a concern, then please provide us with special instructions (i.e. leave at back door, leave on porch, do not leave in lobby, leave at front desk, etc.) and we will be sure to note that on your package.

PLEASE ensure that you provide a correct mailing address for us to ship to. We WILL NOT be responsible for packages that have been lost due to improper address.


Customer Pick Up

Customers local to the Hampton Roads area of Virginia are welcome to pick up their orders in order to save on shipping cost. Orders are generally ready in 24 hours or less. We will send an email to advise that your order is ready for pick up.

Sales Tax

All orders within Virginia are subject to 6% sales tax.


Return Policy

We are happy to accept a return of new unused/unwashed products* within 30 days of receipt of items for a full refund or store credit minus shipping charges.

The customer is responsible for sending the items back to us at their own expense. The customer may choose their own method of shipping.

All sales of clearance items, What the Fluff, limited edition prints, and consumable items (diaper cream, detergent, etc.) are final.

Returns on orders received with free shipping are subject to initial shipping charges. If store credit is chosen as method of refund then we will waive this charge.
For example, if you return an item that you paid $20.00 for and it cost Diaper Junction $2.25 to ship that item to you, the refund to your credit card or PayPal account would be $17.75. If you returned the same $20.00 item for store credit, you would receive a $20.00 store credit code.

Diaper Packages must be returned complete. If not returned complete, you will be charged full retail price for those items kept.

Any free gift or promotion that may have been received with your order must be returned in new/unused condition. If the free gift or promotion is not returned or has been used, your refund will be reduced by the retail value; unless the customer requests store credit.

All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your receipt and all original product packaging in tact (if applicable).

Please contact us for a return authorization number prior to returning any portion of your order. Packages that do not include a return authorization number will be refused and returned to you.

Returns must be received within 10 days of RMA issue date.

Please allow up to 5 business days for processing after we receive it.

To return, simply obtain a return authorization either by logging into your account and completing a return authorization request or by Contacting Us.


Order Changes and Cancellations

Due to our rapid processing system, we are unable to make changes to or cancel an order once it has been placed. If you need to make a return, please contact us.

Simply log in to My Account to view the status of your order. Click on the following links to track your package with USPS or UPS.


Refused Delivery

Refused packages are subject to a 20% restock fee plus the actual shipping charges incurred. This shipping charge will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping under free shipping promotions.


Incorrect Shipments

We truly apologize for any mix up that may have occured with the shipment of your order. Although these instances are rare, they do happen. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect their order prior to washing/using and report any discrepancies to us within 3 business days. Items that have been washed/used* can not be returned.

Missing Orders

First check if your order has shipped. Please visit My Account to determine if your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, then check with the shipper's websites (USPS or Fedex) to check confirmation of delivery.

If your package has a delivery confirmation, please check with your local USPS/UPS to determine where package may have been left.

If your package DOES NOT have a delivery confirmation, please contact us and we will further assist you.
