Shipping Rates

We only ship within the US. Sorry but we do not process nor ship any international orders.

Shipping costs are determined by weight and is FREE for orders of $50.00 or more!

We ship via USPS & UPS Delivery.

Orders that qualify for Free Shipping usually delivers in 5-10 business days. We ship by USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, USPS Parcel Post, or UPS Ground.

USPS First Class Mail usually delivers in 2-5 business days.

USPS Priority usually delivers in 2-3 business days.

USPS Parcel Post usually delivers in 5-10 business days.

Express Mail offers a guaranteed 1-2 day delivery. (Please note. If you are in an extreme hurry, we suggest you place your order by phone for same day processing.)

UPS Ground usually delivers in 2-7 days. (Please note. UPS will NOT deliver to a PO Box. If your address is a PO Box, APO, or FPO, please use USPS).

Above quoted delivery times with the exception of USPS Express mail are not guaranteed and do not include the processing time. Due to carrier limitations, orders shipped to remote addresses may take longer to arrive than the above quoted delivery times.

Delivery Confirmation or Tracking is included with every order. Packages shipped via USPS will include a Delivery Confirmation and packages shipped by UPS ground will include a tracking number.

USPS Delivery Confirmation allows you to see when your order was shipped and also provides notification that your package was delivered. Sometimes you can track in between but not always. Take your Delivery Confirmation number to www.usps.com to obtain information about your shipment.

UPS tracking allows you to see exactly where your package is all times. Go to www.ups.com, enter your tracking number to obtain information about your shipment.

Shipping Schedule

In stock orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt. Orders received after 10:00 am EST on Friday will begin processing for shipment on the next business day. (Usually on Monday unless it is a holiday) If your order should be back ordered, you will be notified by email. We will provide you with the anticipated date of shipment as well as substitution options for a quicker delivery.

We will send you a shipping notification via email when we have shipped your order. This notification will also include your delivery confirmation/tracking number.

You may also check the status of your order by logging into My Account.


Shipping Insurance

Diaper Junction self-insures all packages against loss or damage. If your package should become lost* or damaged, we will re-ship your order at no additional cost to you.

*A lost pacakge is defined as a package that has not arrived to your shipping address after 30 days of shipment AND DOES NOT have a confirmed delivery by USPS or UPS.

PLEASE ensure that you provide a safe mailing address for us to ship to. We WILL NOT be responsible for packages that have been lost or stolen because the carrier has left in an unsafe place. If this is a concern, then please provide us with special instructions (i.e. leave at back door, leave on porch, do not leave in lobby, leave at front desk, etc.) and we will be sure to note that on your package.

Sales Tax

All orders within Virginia are subject to 5% sales tax.


Return Policy

We are happy to accept a return of new unused/unwashed products* within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or store credit minus shipping charges.

*Items covered under our 30 Day Test Drive program are excluded. Please see below for our program details.

All sales of clearance items are final.

Returns on orders received with free shipping are subject to initial shipping charges. If store credit is chosen as method of refund then we will waive this charge.

Diaper Packages must be returned complete. If not returned complete, you will be charged full retail price for those items kept.

Any free gift or promotion that may have been received with your order must be returned in new/unused condition.

All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your receipt and all original product packaging in tact (if applicable).

Please contact us for a return authorization number prior to returning any portion of your order. Packages that do not include a return authorization number will be refused and returned to you.

Returns must be received within 10 days of RMA issue date.

Please allow up to 10 days for processing.

Return packages on these products must postmarked within 30 days from the day you received it NOT the day we shipped it. Please Contact Us if you do not know this date. Because we use delivery confirmation/tracking on all packages, we know when you received it. Any packages that are not postmarked within this time frame wil be refused and returned to you.

Diaper Packages must be returned complete. If package is not complete then full retail charges as if purchased individually will apply.

Any free gift or promotion that may have been received with your order must be returned in new/unused condition.

Diapers must be washed clean and free of any odors including detergent and/or smoke, residues including diaper creams, lint, pet hair, in order to be accepted. If the diapers are not within this standard, they will be refused and returned to you.

Please allow up to 10 days for processing.


Order Changes and Cancellations

Due to our rapid processing system, we are unable to make changes to or cancel an order once it has been placed. if you need to make a return, please contact us.


Order Tracking/Status

Simply log in to My Account to view the status of your order. Click on the following links to track your package with USPS or UPS.


Refused Delivery

Refused packages are subject to a 20% restock fee plus the actual shipping charges incurred. This shipping charge will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping under free shipping promotions.


Incorrect Shipments

First, we truly apologize for any mix up that may occur with the shipment of your order. Please know that these instances are rare but do happen. Please contact us if there is an error with your order and we will make it right.


Missing Items

On rare occasions, we find it necessary to split the shipment of your package. We will note on your shipping confirmation as well as your receipt if an item will ship seperately. If there is no notation of a backorder or seperate shipment, please contact us as we may have accidantally left it out.


Missing Orders

First check if your order has shipped. Please visit My Account to determine if your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, then check with the shipper's websites (USPS or Fedex) to check confirmation of delivery.

If your package has a delivery confirmation, please check with your local USPS/UPS to determine where package may have been left.

If your package DOES NOT have a delivery confirmation, please contact us and we will further assist you.

Backordered Items

We run an inventory controlled store to help alleviate backorders. The only exceptions are diaper packages. They are not inventory controlled. On rare occasions, we find errors in our inventory levels. In such a case, we will notify you before shipment if any items are out of stock. We will ask for your assistance on how to handle your order.
