While this cover is designed to fit babies from 8-40 lbs., it actually can fit babies even smaller than 8 lbs. on its smallest setting, but expect the diaper cover to be a tad bulky. The Kissaluvs Marvels Diaper cover is constructed with less bulk between the legs and crotch area at the larger settings; wide gussets are elasticized to make sure there is a snug grip around the legs to prevent blow-outs.

I was not impressed with the size of this one-size cover. It seems smaller than many of my other one-size products. My son is 11 months and 24 lbs and it is already on the widest setting. The rise is high enough just not big enough around. The materials are nice and sturdy and the gussets are great although they stained easily and I had to work to get the stain out.

This isn't fitting well for my 23 pound 18 month old girl. It is either too big or too small, depending on what snap-down rise I use. Also, the material is a little stiff...I find the one-layer PUL to be more flexible and less bulky.

This cover was not any nicer than the flip or econobum but didn't come with any "stuffing". Not a very good value.

So far I haven't been failed by Kissaluvs products. I have this cover in yellow and I really like it. The leg gussets keep blow outs contained. I love that it is one size. I'm giving it a 4 instead of a 5 only because it's not my favorite in my covers stash. The snap system at the waist is slightly wonky and I like covers with a little stretch (like Flips). But I still highly recommend it if you're looking for a good one size cover.
