No more messy creams and diaper ointments with Kissaluvs Diaper Lotion Potion

The all-natural blend of ingredients in Kissaluvs Diaper Lotion Potion, available as a concentrate and spray, relieves baby's irritated skin and minor rashes with a gentle, hands-free approach. No more rubbing-in goopy creams and ointments, Kissaluvs Diaper Lotion Potion sprays on to cleanse and moisturize baby's skin while keeping your hands and cloth diapers clean!

Each ingredient in the Kissaluvs Diaper Lotion Potion Spray and Concentrate was selected for its natural properties:

  • Witch Hazel - A natural astringent, extracted from tree bark, Witch Hazel soothes irritated skin and decreases inflammation. Used to disperse the oils so the potion can be sprayed, Witch Hazel requires some type of preservative; Kissaluvs uses a less than 0.2% concentration of methyl paraben for its preservation.
  • Jojoba oil infused with Chamomile - A restorative combination, Jojoba oil infused with Chamomile is non-allergenic, won't clog pores, and washes off cloth diapers fabric easily. Alone, Jojoba oil absorbs well and provides an all-day moisturization because it doesn't evaporate like water-based moisturizers can. A very stable oil, Jojoba won't become rancid or lose its antioxidants, even after long periods of storage. Chamomile is a regenerative oil, best known as a natural remedy for treatment of skin problems and rashes.
  • Lavender Essential Oil - Calming, refreshing and relaxing, Lavender Essential oil is a natural antiseptic and stimulates skin circulation to aid in the healing rejuvenation from rash burns and any other form of inflammation.
  • Tea Tree Essential Oil - Another natural antiseptic with anti-fungal and anti-viral properties, Tea Tree Essential Oil is just enough to be helpful, but not terribly overpowering.

Made in small batches, the Kissaluvs Diaper Lotion Potion ingredients are formulated and mixed in the USA.

Concentrate or Spray? Now THAT is the question.

The Diaper Lotion Potion Spray comes in a convenient, 4 fluid oz, spray bottle. To use, you simply shake it well and spray where needed. Kissaluvs recommends NOT USING THE SPRAY on broken skin where a barrier cream would best serve baby's comfort needs.

The 4 oz. Diaper Lotion Potion Concentrate sports a pop-up squirt top and can make up to 8 Diaper Lotion Potion spray refills. Shake well before refilling the Diaper Lotion Potion Spray bottle, adding 1 tablespoon concentrate to 1/2 cup of water or witch hazel.

Formulated for gentle comfort, the Concentrate is not intended to be used directly against baby's skin at full strength. ALWAYS DILUTE WITH DISTILLED WATER or WITCH HAZEL BEFORE USE!

This Diaper Lotion Spray can be used beyond the vicinity of baby's bum; a quick spritz will soothe minor cuts and skin irrations on older children (e.g., sunburns, insect bites), as well as make a moisturizing pick-me-up spray for the weary caregiver who could use a boost!

Mix or blend a squirt or two of the concentrate with distilled water as a diaper wipe solution. In addition, a dash or two added in the bath is soothing and refreshing.

Kissaluvs even took care choosing the bottles!

The cobalt blue bottles of Kissaluvs Diaper Lotion Potion Concentrate and Spray are selected to keep the essential oils from being exposed to light - which can change their properties. The design is oval-shaped for easier handling and are durable enough not to break if dropped (they are NOT glass) when changing your baby's cloth diapers.

Love this stuff! 8/27/2010

I use the concentrate as a wipes solution (just a few drops in 2-3 c. distilled water in a large Tupperware, whisk it together, then throw in about 24 dry cloth wipes, which lasts a couple days). I'm not sure the amount of oils makes any difference in the "health" of her bum (since she's mostly getting straight water on her bum), but I do love the smell, and feel much better about it than disposable wipes!

I love that this doesn't smell like a "diapering" product! I agree that shaking my combo of concentrate and distilled water is a little frustrating, but after all, the concentrate is oils, and oils and water don't easily mix. It's a nice alternative to disposable wipes, and the cloth wipes are so much more convenient - just toss in the bag w/ the dipes until laundry time!

My sons bottom had broken out in a rash and little pimples from the solution that we were using before. It was terrible. As soon as I started using this I noticed a great improvement! Within two days his bottom was all cleared up and we haven't had a single problem since, not even a speck of diaper rash.
Love the Concentrated! 5/31/2010

I swear by cloth wipes; I make my own using flannel. When I have used disposable wipes, my little girl would get a diaper rash. I've started pre-moistening about 15 wipes at a time using a solution of distilled water and just a little bit of the concentrated Lotion Potion and have had absolutely NO problem with mustiness or mold/mildew. It makes diaper changes so much quicker and easier, they smell great, and my little one has no rash at all. Great product; I've recommended it to everyone!
Pleasant smell, slightly thick 2/19/2010

We received some of this solution as a baby shower gift. I put a few drops in a plastic bottle full of water and shake it, then spray it over our cloth wipes just before using them. The smell isn't bad, but I don't like that I have to shake very hard to get it to blend with the water. Sometimes it looks like the drops cling to the bottle instead of mixing with the water.
