A Diaper Cover is NOT NEEDED with the Bummis Training Pants

The Bummis Cloth Training Pant does not require an additional diaper cover because it already has a soft polyester knit outer fabric with a sandwiched layer of durable waterproof laminate to keep your child's clothing dry. The internal fabric is soft, but not overly absorbent or bulky. Built to be comfortable, but also with the intention of letting your child "feel" the wetness when they don't get to the potty in time. This slight discomfort will speed up potty training.

The stretchy lycra bindings at the thighs and waist, along with the waterproof outer material gives protection against leaks. If you have a particularly heavy wetter, consider laying a diaper doubler inside the Bummis Training Pant. We suggest you do NOT use any kind of stay dry liner or diaper doubler; you want your child to feel wet when they have an accident. The Diaper Doubler is only there to keep protect against leaks and prevent embarrassment.

Cloth Training Pants are the Perfect Solution for Bed Wetting
