Look no further for a shopping cart cover. You have found it! It is exactly as described. Folds into the built in pouch. It may not fit into a very small diaper bag (like my Ju-Ju-Be BeLight), but it can fit any other diaper bag. The quality is excellent, and my child (who used to hate being in the cart) is now comfortable, and I couldn't be happier. Other reviews I have read say that it will fit big box store carts, Target, BabiesRUs, etc. I can see why. Plenty big enough.
