How to wash and treat stains on your wool diaper covers!
One of the most intimidating cloth diapering methods out there is the use of wool as a diaper cover. Wool can be more expensive than your average waterproof TPU or PUL diaper covers and a little more complicated to care for.
Of the cost and care involved discourages many from giving it a try.
Truth is, wool is easy to launder and doesn't need to be washed as often as other diaper covers. It's also natural, regulates heat, is anti-microbial and very durable.
So what if you have stains or need to wash your wool?
Eucalan Wool Wash is a safe and effective wool wash. It's easy to use and can take a lot of the worry and confusion out of using wool products.
Eucalan has created a great video demonstrating how easy it is to wash wool and spot treat any stains you may have. Although this demonstration is performed on a wool cap, the same methods apply to wool cloth diaper covers.

I have never ventured into the world of wool, it scares me too much. Nice to see a video explaining it though.

I love Eucalan as an every day type of wool wash. I've never used it for spot treatment though, as I like wool was bars for that.
