In one week this Saturday I will be running my first half marathon. A year ago if you had asked me if I would ever run a race I would?ve laughed in your face. Yet here I am not only training for a half marathon but for the most part I love the goal that?s at the end of this thing. The training has been intense; on Sunday I was out for two and a half hours with the sun beating down on me. It was not a smart move to forget the sunscreen that day.
