The Real Diaper Association does it right in so many ways. The mission is basic, "to increase the use of simple, reusable cloth diapers". And in the last few years, they have done just that.

I just read some encouraging, but not surprising, results to a poll over at Breastfeeding 1-2-3 regarding Cloth -v- Disposable diaper usage among breastfeeding mothers. The respondents to their poll chose cloth diapers over disposable diapers 2 to 1.

As a mother I enjoy many modern conveniences. Take for instance the microwave - perfect for re-heating the same cup of coffee 3 times because I was too busy wiping noses, bums, or putting together Lego^® castles to sit down and drink it. Yea microwave! GO MICROWAVE!

We often get mothers' perspective on cloth diapering, but many times the dad's aren't supportive until the diapers enter their homes and they can see firsthand how easy cloth diapers can be.

Most parents that consider cloth diapers for their babies have more questions regarding washing the cloth diapers than anything else. Yes, they are concerned about getting the right sizes and absorbency, but primarily they want to know about upkeep. "You put the cloth diapers WITH POOP ON THEM into the washing machine?" Why yes, yes you do. The same way you put dirty clothes and underclothing into the washing machine.

So, recently I've written about how easy it is to change a cloth diaper. In fact, I went as far *gasp* as to say it is JUST AS EASY to change a cloth diaper as it is to change a disposable diaper ... say it isn't so!
