I am kind of a carrier addict and own a moby, sling, boba, ergo and this one. I started using the beco gemini when my daughter was about 8 weeks and she no longer wanted to be as confined as the moby newborn wrap made her. The fact that the bottom part snaps in allowed her to sit in this carrier with her legs out at a much younger age. Even though she is 9 months now this is still the carrier I grab most of the time. The strap is large enough that it fits lots of people without an extension needed. I also really like the head rest. I feel like my babies head doesn't flop around as much when she is sleeping because of it. It's expensive but has been worth every penny for our family!
