I've loved writing this series for you and it's kept me honest about my own health and fitness which is good when you need a little kick in the pants to get out of bed in the morning. Since I started writing the Family Fitness posts back in December, a wealth of information has all been saved here on the Diaper Junction blog. Everything from what the difference is between to organic and non-organic produce to how to workout during your pregnancy; you want it, chances are we might have it.
I need more though and I think you may feel like you do too. That's why I need your help. What do YOU want to know about? You ask and I'll do my best to find an answer.
