This Montreal-based company, also the US Distributor for Tots Bots Easy Fit Cloth Diaper, began in 1988 when Betsy Thomas launched a small mail-order cottage industry to stay at home with her kids. In time she brought on Shirley Murdock as a partner and Bummis cloth diaper covers began distributing affordable cloth diaper covers and cloth diaper totes worldwide!
Since then many more products and cloth diapering accessories have been introduced to assist parents' cloth diapering needs, like their Flushable Liners, reusable Fleece Diaper Liners, the Bummis Fabulous Wet Bag, and for the summer months, the Bummis Swim Diaper.
Bummis supports their local economy, paying respectful living wages to their employees.
